My expertise goes far beyond that of your typical real estate broker. Once you have found and purchased your home, my job is just beginning. Many mid-century modern homes are in need of repair and restoration to bring them back to their former glory. If your home is in need of renovation, I will act as your project manager to make your renovation dream a reality. I am responsible for the overall project - everything from the first bid to the last coat of paint. I will spend the hours searching for vendors and products so you don’t have to. Whether your project is a one room remodel or an entire home, I will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the construction and design.
